Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Edmondson Arms. The following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
- General Returns
If you change your mind about a non-restricted item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. - Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:
- Airgun pellets
- Ammunition
- Reloading components
- Primers and powders
- Any product that has been opened or used
These items are excluded from returns for hygiene, safety and legal compliance.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Airguns and Firearms
Airguns, rifles and certificate-controlled items may only be returned if faulty or not as described. Returns of these items must be arranged with Edmondson Arms in advance and carried out in accordance with UK firearms and airgun law. Some items may require return via a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will arrange repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
